Xuanhao He is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Economics and Murphy Institute at Tulane. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of New Mexico in 2019. He is an Applied Microeconomist with interests in health economics, public economics, and labor economics. His current research investigates two broad topics: prescription drug coverage under Medicaid and the role of Medicaid physician reimbursement in access to medical care and behaviors in health insurance and labor markets.
