Sarah Singh received her B.A. from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at NYU in 2018. Her major was titled, "Power, Property and Personhood in U.S. History", and she is now pursuing a Ph.D. in History at Tulane. She worked in arts education administration in the NYC public school system before coming to Tulane in 2019. Her major field is 20th century U.S. History and her research interests within that field include: the construction and maintenance of race in relation to U.S. Imperialism. Sarah is also a Fellow for the Mellon Graduate Program in Community-Engaged Scholarship.
