Biography
Jacquelyne Thoni Howard graduated with a Ph.D. in U.S. History from Fordham University. She specializes in Borderlands History, History of Gender and Technology, and Digital History. She is an Administrative Assistant Professor of Technology and Women’s History at Newcomb Institute of Tulane University.
