How to View Current Native American and Indigenous Studies Courses at Tulane

To View Current NAIS Studies Courses at Tulane

  1. Visit the Tulane Class Schedule Search Page
  2. Set the Term
    • At the top of the page, select the current term or the desired future term from the drop-down menu (e.g., Fall 2025, Spring 2026).
  3. Select the Subject Area
    • Scroll down to “Subject Area” and choose "Native Amer & Indigenous St" from the list.
  4. Click “Search” or “Submit”
    • After selecting the subject and term, click the button “All Courses” to search for classes.
  5. View Available Courses
    • Browse the list of courses offered for Native American and Indigenous studies credit, along with details like meeting times, instructors, and prerequisites. These courses include both “NAIS” courses offered through the Native American and Indigenous Studies and courses co-opted from other units with significant Native American and Indigenous studies content that count toward the NAIS degree.
