On August 22nd, 2023, Assistant Professor and Catherine and Henry J Gaisman Faculty Fellow Golan Moskowitz led a source-based learning session titled "Queer Jewish Wild Things: Unpacking the Aesthetics of Maurice Sendak" for the Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History's online institute for the professional development of Jewish day and congregational school educators (gr. 5-12) in North America: “The National Educators Institute: The Art and Science of Teaching Jewish History in America".
