Biography
Stephen Ostertag is a sociologist at Tulane University who studies digital news making, organizing and mobilizations. His research examines the creation of a post-Katrina blogosphere; the motives to blog, the formation of digital networks and social ties, and movement to offline mobilizations and organizations.
