Purchasing Tickets
(Orders currently can be placed by phone, mail, or in person at the Box Office. A link will be provided later in the season for single ticket online sales at the end of May.)
Tulane faculty, staff and students are eligible for a discount on single ticket sales by coming to the Box Office and showing their Tulane ID.
Only single tickets for shows can be ordered online when made available, not season subscriptions.
Season Subscriptions can be ordered by contacting the Box Office during the week by phone, in person or by mailing in the new season order form.
Single Tickets can be purchased online (when available) or by mail, phone or directly at the Box Office during the week or 1 hour before a show.
Online orders can only be purchased with a Visa or Mastercard through our system. American Express and Discover is not accepted.

one hour prior to each performance.
The Box Office will open for season subscriptions on March 11. New season subscriptions will be available after April 8 and Single show tickets go on sale after May 6. Single show ticket orders will be processed after all season orders have been filled.
SUBSCRIPTION DEADLINE – FOR BEST SEATS AND MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL - April 5
Donations must be received by (April 15) in order to receive program acknowledgment.

If you are a season subscriber or on our mailing list, you will receive a brochure in the mail. You can also download a copy of the order form off the Summer Lyric website by clicking on the words "order form" above and saving the file to your computer.
Enclose credit card information, gift certificate, money order, or check payable to Summer Lyric Theatre. Please also include a self addressed stamped envelope.

If you have recently had a change of address or would like to add your address and e-mail information to our mailing list, please inform the box office. This will allow us to inform you of any upcoming Summer Lyric events or news throughout the season.

- Orchestra/First Balcony Adult - $130.00/ Youth - $100.00
- Second Balcony Adult - $100.00/ Youth - $75.00
Single Show Tickets - Adult/ Youth (5-13 yr.s) -
- Orchestra/First Balcony Adult - $55.00/ Youth - $40.00
- Second Balcony Adult - $45.00/ Youth - $30.00
Online Orders

During a show week, ticket sales for each day of that show will end earlier in the day to allow for processing of tickets for that night or day. On Thurs. - Sat., online ticket sales will end at 2:00 pm for that night and on Sunday at 8:00 AM.
Any requests for wheelchair/handicapped seating must contact the Box Office directly by phone at (504) 865-5269 during our business hours.
All tickets for online orders will be held at Will Call.

Ticket Policies and Additional Information
Walk-Up
The Summer Lyric Theatre Box Office is located in Room 103, next to the lobby of Dixon Hall, adjacent to the Dixon Theatre (the home of our summer season).
Group Discounts
Group discounts are available for groups of twenty or more. Please call the box office for details, 504/865-5269.
Ticket Exchange Policy
Only season subscribers have exchange privileges.Please mail or bring your tickets to the Box Office prior to the performance with new performance date preference. There are no refunds on any tickets sold.
Radio signal hearing systems are available upon request at the Box Office.
Children
As a courtesy to our patrons, it is our policy not to admit children under the age of five.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Dixon Theatre is wheelchair accessible. Assistive Listening Systems are available. Please inform the Box Office of your needs when ordering tickets.
