The Department of French & Italian offers a Business French class that can count as an elective toward the French major/minor and the Strategy, Leadership and Analytics (SLAM) minor.
Practical reading, writing, speaking, and listening comprehension skills at an advanced level will be developed toward use of French for business purposes. Emphasis will be placed on oral and written communication in simulated business situations.
The class prepares students to take the DELF PRO B1 and the Diplôme du français des affaires B1 issued by la Chambre de Commerce et de l’Industrie de Paris.
Pre-requisites: FREN 3150 or equivalent
