Biography
Michael studies the political economy of developing countries and post-conflict development processes. His dissertation project focuses on how post-conflict political institutional reforms affect peace and development in the cases of Burundi and Rwanda.
Michael holds a M.S. in International Development from Tulane University and a B.A. in Political Science from Auburn University.
