Discounts
- Group discounts are available for groups of twenty or more. Please call the box office for details.
- Tulane faculty, staff and students are eligible for a discount on single ticket sales by coming to the Box Office and showing their Tulane ID.
How to Order

Accessibility
- The Dixon Theatre is wheelchair accessible. Please inform the Box Office of your needs when ordering tickets. Any requests for wheelchair/handicapped seating must be communicated to the Box Office directly by phone at (504) 865-5269 during our business hours.
- Radio signal assistive listening systems are available upon request at the Box Office.

During a show week, ticket sales for each day of that show will end earlier in the day to allow for processing of tickets for that night or day. On Thursday–Saturday, online ticket sales will end at 5:00 pm for that night and on Sunday at 11:30 AM.
If you are a season subscriber or on our mailing list, you will receive a brochure/order form in the mail or download it here. Enclose credit card information, gift certificate, money order, or check payable to Summer Lyric Theatre. Please also include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Policies & FAQs
Online orders - Visa or Mastercard accepted. American Express and Discover are not accepted at this time. All tickets for online orders will be held at Will Call.
Ticket Exchange - All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds and exchange privileges are only provided to season subscribers at the Box Office prior to the performance.
Children - Youth tickets can be purchased for persons 5-13 years old. As a courtesy to our patrons, it is our policy not to admit children under the age of five. Everyone (regardless of age) must have a ticket to enter the theatre.
Mailing List - If you have recently had a change of address or would like to add your address and e-mail information to our mailing list, please inform the box office. This will allow us to inform you of any upcoming Summer Lyric events or news throughout the season.
