Austin Anderson has appeared in Sweeney Todd, The Pirates of Penzance, and Bernstein at 100! with SLT. He was most recently seen as Dr. Pomatter in Waitress at the Broadway Palm in Florida and will appear later this year as Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar at the Mac-Haydn Theatre in NYC. He thanks Jauné and Leonard for this opportunity, as well as his mom, dad, Ally, and his girlfriend Melissa Goldberg (Bebe)! First production with SLT in 2018.

Richard Arnold was last seen on the Dixon Hall stage frantically checking his watch in She Loves Me (Georg). Other SLT favorites include Into the Woods (Baker) and The Drowsy Chaperone (Robert). Favorites elsewhere include Holiday Inn (Jim) at JPAS and Merrily We Roll Along (Franklin) at Le Petit Théâtre. Rich is the proud founder of The Big Easy Boys (www.bigeasyboys.com), a popular vocal quartet that pays tribute to New Orleans’ legendary musical heritage. First production with SLT in 1995.

Duncan Becker is excited to return to Summer Lyric Theatre again. Previous SLT designs include Pippin, Oliver! and RENT. He served as an electrician for Jesus Christ Superstar, Matilda, 42nd Street, She Loves Me, Big River, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Hello, Dolly!, and several others. First production with SLT in 2014.

Molly Beth Blanchard is so excited to be back at SLT, last seen as Rapunzel in Into the Woods! Other select credits include Anne of Green Gables: A New Musical (Anne Shirley; Ohio Northern University), Young Frankenstein (Dance Captain/Ensemble; Clinton Area Showboat Theatre), Cinderella (Gabrielle; Clinton Area Showboat Theatre), and Julius Caesar (Portia; Ohio Northern University). In 2024, she graduated from Ohio Northern University with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor in Dance. First production with SLT in 2022.

Glenn Avery Breed

Glenn Avery Breed's past costume designs for SLT include Sweeney Todd, The Music Man, She Loves Me, Ragtime, My Fair Lady, Gypsy, and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Glenn is a Professor of Design Technology and Chair of Theatre at the University of West Florida. Glenn holds an MFA in Costume Design/Technology from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and a BA from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas. Glenn owns and operates Wardrobe Witchery Opera and Theatrical Costume Rentals. First production with SLT in 2016.

Aaron Brewer is a New Orleans-based performer, producer, and educator. He holds a BFA and an MFA in Theatre Performance and recently established Kaleidoscope Theatre Company, which is preparing for its inaugural 2025/2026 season. He is an adjunct professor in the Theatre Department at UNO and teaches yoga around New Orleans. His favorite past roles include Dogberry in Much Ado About Nothing, Ernst Ludwig in Cabaret, and Orin Scrivello, DDS, in Little Shop of Horrors. First production with SLT in 2021.

Jauné Buisson has directed and choreographed Jersey Boys and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical at Le Petit Théâtre. Her choreography at SLT includes Anything Goes, She Loves Me, Ragtime, Hairspray, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Hello, Dolly!, Once Upon a Mattress, and Fiddler on the Roof. Onstage at SLT, she has performed as Fastrada, Cassie (Big Easy Award – Lead Actress in a Musical), Tessie Tura, and Lois. She is the Artistic Director of Metropolitan Dance Theatre of New Orleans. Leslie Castay is making her SLT directing debut! She will direct the regional premiere of Waitress at JPAS this fall. Big Easy Directing Awards: Holiday Inn (JPAS) and Musical of Musicals (Le Chat Noir). A seasoned four-time Broadway veteran, Leslie continues to perform—recently in Billy Elliot (JPAS), Goodnight, Oscar (Le Petit Théâtre), and numerous film and television projects (including Mayfair Witches on AMC). Leslie began her career at Dixon Hall, starring in many productions here, and is honored to come full circle. Thanks to Leonard, Michael Howard, and Frank Monachino. Stevie Cavalier is thrilled to make her SLT debut. Most recently, she starred in the National WWII Museum’s Expressions of America. Leslie Claverie is a hair and makeup designer, actor, director, and ensemble member of The NOLA Project. She has received two Big Easy Awards for her performances in Once Upon a Mattress (Summer Lyric Theatre) and Lizzie (See ‘Em On Stage). Lara Grice is overjoyed to return to the SLT stage, where she last appeared 23 years ago as Norma Cassidy in Victor/Victoria, a role that earned her a Big Easy Award. Most recently, she played Della in The Cake with Crescent City Stage. With over 100 credits in theatre, film, and television, Lara considers performing at SLT a career highlight and enduring privilege. Tess Guidry danced for the LSU Golden Girls for three years before completing five seasons with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, filming CMT’s Making the Team and touring nationally with the USO. She is currently the head coach of the University of Miami Dance Team and choreographs for Miami high schools, including productions of Chicago, Cinderella, and Hadestown. Tess is thrilled to return to the stage and share it once again with her best friend, Adam!

With over 25 years of dance experience, she currently teaches at the Metropolitan Dance Theatre of New Orleans. Recent credits include Young Frankenstein (JPAS), In the Heights (JPAS), and Something Rotten (Le Petit Théâtre). She thanks her husband, family, friends, and Jauné for their love and support—and her daughter, Sofia, a daily reminder of “What I Did for Love.” First production with SLT in 2018.

Laurin Hart

Laurin Hart has created looks for opera, theatre, ballet, and film throughout the region. A successful graphic artist and illustrator for over 30 years, Laurin expanded her artistic skill set to include makeup and body art under the tutelage of New Orleans’ long-time respected theatrical makeup artists, Don and Linda Guillot. In addition, she studied in New York and Las Vegas. Laurin is also an award-winning body painter. First production with SLT in 2012.

Leah Holewyne is excited to make her SLT debut in A Chorus Line. She is a junior Music Theatre major at Florida State University and hails from Houston, Texas. Leah’s previous credits include Johanna in Sweeney Todd, Mary in The Great Comet of 1812, and Ensemble roles in Young Frankenstein, 9 to 5, and Something Rotten.

Violet Keller appeared in Summer Lyric Theatre’s Pippin in 2024 as a Player. She has performed with Rivertown Theaters in Kinky Boots, Newsies, and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. Violet taught and danced in RRB Inc. productions of Giselle, Sleeping Beauty, Pas de Quatre, and The Nutcracker. She has choreographed Mamma Mia and Hadestown at DHS and assisted on Alice by Heart. @violetmasque. First production with SLT in 2024.

Diane Lala is Professor Emerita of Musical Theatre at the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music. At CCM, she has served as director/choreographer for such shows as 42nd Street, Carousel, Legally Blonde, and Singin’ in the Rain, to name a few. Many of her students have gone on to successful Broadway careers. Diane is a Certified Pilates Instructor and an associate member of SDC. She has directed and choreographed for SLT for the last 25 years. First production with SLT was in 1983.

Meredith Long-Dieth was last seen at SLT in Oliver! as Widow Corney. A graduate of Shenandoah Conservatory, she has performed across the country. Local credits include a Big Easy Award for Best Actress in Ruthless and a recent appearance in Billy Elliot at JPAS. Meredith toured nationally as Cha Cha in Grease alongside Frankie Avalon and Chubby Checker and played Ethel Toffelmier in The Music Man with Tony Award winners Gary Beach and Terrence Mann. Jordan Majeau is excited to make his debut with Summer Lyric Theatre. After training at NOCCA in musical theatre, Jorden pursued a career in ballet, guesting with companies nationwide. Watching Every Little Step as a teen sparked a dream to perform A Chorus Line, making this experience deeply meaningful. Melissa Marshall is excited to be back at SLT! She has appeared in SLT productions of A Little Night Music, Brigadoon, Kismet, Carousel (Julie), Phantom, Camelot, The Pirates of Penzance, Candide, Anything Goes, Oklahoma!, the 50th Anniversary Gala, and Bernstein at 100!. She performed as Carlotta Guidicelli in the original Broadway production of The Phantom of the Opera in Germany. Melissa teaches voice, music directs, performs, and is a proud mom. Bogdan Mynka, from Kharkiv, Ukraine, is thrilled to be making his SLT debut. He earned his Master’s in voice from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign under Jerold Siena and Nathan Gunn. He is a student of Robert Wagner. Audiences recently saw him as Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar on tour with JPAS and as Officer in Il Barbiere di Siviglia with the New Orleans Opera Association. He dedicates this performance to his brother and mother across the seas.

Siddalie Orgeron is an 18-year-old singer, actor, and dancer who just graduated from the Musical Theatre Department at The New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts. She has been part of her local theatre community for 12 years, with notable roles including Catherine of Aragon in Six and Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family. This fall, she will attend Webster University's Sargent Conservatory for a BFA in Musical Theatre. She is overjoyed to be on stage tonight as Marta in Company.

Rick Paul is very happy to be back with old and new friends in the beautiful Dixon Hall, filled with 46 years of memories. He is a Senior Lecturer at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. The ballet Solstice brought Rick to New Orleans, and after designing the premiere of Out Cry with Tennessee Williams, he went on to design the New Orleans Ballet production of A Streetcar Named Desire, featuring the great New Orleans ballerina Karen Hebert as Blanche. C. Leonard Raybon is thrilled to begin his first appointment as Artistic Director for Summer Lyric Theatre. He is Associate Professor of Music and Director of Choirs at Tulane University. Leonard is the founder of Sacred Nine Project (sacrednine.com), where he engages with music, texts, and events from an earlier America in order to help shape a future one. Leonard’s “The Busy Bee,” a setting of an Isaac Watts song text for TB or SA, is published by Santa Barbara. Leonard also hosts the Sacred Nine Project Podcast. First production with SLT in 1996.

Daniel Rigamer loves working at SLT. Previously a “cut dancer/pit singer” in A Chorus Line, other favorite credits at SLT include Hello, Dolly!; Damn Yankees; Kiss Me, Kate; and Les Misérables. He is a costumer and performer throughout New Orleans with Le Petit Théâtre, Rivertown, Delta Festival, and Metropolitan Dance. Prior to moving back to New Orleans, Daniel worked on several Off-Broadway shows and taught Introductory Costume Design at the Borough of Manhattan Community College. He then won the Miss Glamouress title three times at Rivertown in Pageant, lit School of Rock for JPAS, traveled the rails as the Conductor on the Polar Express Train Ride, returned to Le Petit Théâtre as producer Bob Crewe in Jersey Boys, and rocked the Renaissance at Rivertown as Peter Quince in Something Rotten. Daniel Zimmer received his formal training in design at New York's Studio and Forum of Stage Design and, for over 30 years, has designed theatre, dance, and opera productions in the New Orleans area. Daniel teaches stage design in the Entertainment Production Design department at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA). This is his 19th season with Summer Lyric Theatre. Favorites include Candide, Oliver!, A Chorus Line, Sunset Boulevard, and Ragtime. First production with SLT in 2005.
