Biography

Originally from sunny Miami, Andres joined Tulane University in 2017 as a Program Coordinator for New Student & Leadership Programs. He currently serves as senior administrative program coordinator for Interdisciplinary Programs in the School of Liberal Arts. In his role, he supports the programmatic, logistical and administrative needs of the Africana Studies Program, Gender & Sexuality Studies Program, and the City + Community + Culture PhD Program.
 
Prior to joining Tulane, he received both his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University (FIU). His student affairs career includes housing and residential life, fraternity and sorority life, orientation and extended orientation programs, leadership programs and student governance.
