Biography
Ann Schumacher is Assistant Dean for Graduate Programs for the School of Liberal Arts. She oversees the daily operations of the graduate program including, admissions, graduation certification and coordination, student payroll, stipends, budget and financial aid. Ann serves as a resource for faculty and students with SLA or university policy and procedural questions. She administers the Graduate Studies Committee and serves as the staff liaison for university-wide graduate committees.
After serving as Marketing Manager for Baptist Medical Center, Ann joined Tulane University in 1997 as Director of Continuing Legal Education for the Law School. She moved to the School of Liberal Arts Dean’s Office in 2013. Ann received her M.B.A. from Tulane University and B.S. in Medical Technology from Louisiana State University.
