Biography
As Assistant Dean of Curriculum and Assessment, Michael works closely with the Associate Dean of Academic Initiatives and Curriculum to provide an exceptional academic experience for School of Liberal Arts students and faculty. His interests include using analytics and programmatic assessments as platforms for improving the learning experience and its outcomes.
Michael received an M.A. from Tulane’s Stone Center for Latin American Studies and a B.A. in Spanish from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He has previously worked in secondary education as a Spanish teacher and in various roles in academic advising and assessment at LSU, the University of Louisville, and Sullivan University.
