Tulane Marching Band to Perform at World Expo in Dubai

Following an invitation from the U.S. Department of State, the Tulane University Marching Band (TUMB) will travel nearly 8,000 miles this November to bring the music and culture of New Orleans to the World Expo in Dubai—the first Expo ever to be held in the Middle East.

An estimated 25 million individuals are expected to attend this event, which brings countries and organizations together over the course of six months to explore the power of global collaboration for a more sustainable future.
