After graduation, I will be staying in New Orleans and working as a Marketing Coordinator at New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation. I am currently their marketing intern, so this transition is smooth and simple for me. My favorite part of the School of Liberal Arts Management Minor (SLAMM) program was definitely my Leadership class with Scott Cowen. I truly think that a class with a similar structure and with professors who genuinely are invested in the topic at hand should be a requirement for everyone in the School of Liberal Arts. I was able to analyze my own leadership qualities and apply them to my job search, which proved extremely helpful in deciding to stay in New Orleans next year.
