Biography
Sherrice Mojgani holds a B.A. in Theater Arts from UC Santa Cruz and an M.F.A. in Lighting Design from UC San Diego. Sherrice has designed for Arena Stage, Round House Theatre, Baltimore Center Stage, The Old Globe and La Jolla Playhouse. She is a proud member of United Scenic Artist Local 829, and previously taught at George Mason University.
Current research topics include analyzing and adapting emerging leadership tactics to improve inclusion and belonging for BIPOC theater makers, as well as studying and testing new lighting systems and practices for LED equipment in the theater in order to encourage more environmentally conscious practices.
