You love music, but can you make a career out of it? This 1-credit class is part boot camp, part networking, and part passion. You'll be assigned a fictional singer-songwriter that has talent but no brand. Over the course of 15 hours, you'll meet with industry experts across contracting, licensing, streaming, touring, sales and merchandising to learn how professionals would contribute to making your musician a star. This opportunity is limited to 15 students and requires a weekend of full attention to build the collaborative relationships needed in all creative and entertainment industries.
