The History Graduate Student Association (HGSA) represents its members in the University's Graduate Studies Student Association (GSSA) and the Department's Graduate Studies Committee (GSC). It also serves as a information clearinghouse and coordinating body for the graduate students in the Department of History. Among the activities it organizes are the grad student colloquium and brown-bag professionalization workshops with faculty. The HGSA is meant to represent the graduate students and their needs. Get involved and help produce a more enriching graduate experience for yourself, your fellow students, and those who follow in your footsteps.
