Grad Student Association

The History Graduate Student Association (HGSA) represents its members in the University's Graduate Studies Student Association (GSSA) and the Department's Graduate Studies Committee (GSC). It also serves as an information clearinghouse and coordinating body for the graduate students in the Department of History.

The HGSA organizes, among other things, the grad student colloquium and a series of brown-bag professionalization workshops with faculty. The HGSA is meant to represent the graduate students and their needs. Get involved and help produce a more enriching graduate experience for yourself, your fellow students, and those who follow in your footsteps!
