Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 21st Tulane Maya Symposium & Workshop, taking place February 18-20, 2027! This event could not happen without the dedication and hard work of each and every volunteer.
We welcome volunteers from Tulane University, Loyola University-New Orleans, and the broader community to help make this annual event a success.
Volunteer Commitment and Benefits
In exchange for complementary symposium admission, volunteers are required to complete two 2-hour volunteer shifts (4 hours total).
Sign up using the button below. As the event gets closer, we will email you a link to choose your shifts across the three days. A quick orientation will take place right before your shift begins, so no experience is needed. Anyone familiar with the Tulane campus is welcome to volunteer.
