The above degree requirements must be reported via the COMPLETION of DEGREE REQUIREMENTS FORM. Submission of forms via e-mail will NOT be accepted.
Forms Required for Graduation/Certification for Degree
- Application For Degree for MA, MS, MFA, Ph.D. – located on your Student Tab in Gibson
School of Liberal Arts policy requires students maintain continuous registration every semester until degree received except for summer semesters. If you are not registered for the semester in which you apply to graduate (or for the spring semester prior to a summer application), your Student Tab will disappear and you will first need to register online or via Drop/Add Form before you will be able to apply for degree. Dissertation or Thesis Defense/Recommend for Degree (REQUIRED for degree certification)
Submit via COMPLETION of DEGREE REQUIREMENTS FORM after all signatures are obtained.
