Internships

Students can do an internship that fulfills the Tier 2 Service Learning Requirement through the Art History department: ARHS 4910; and, can also do a supervised internship for credit: ARHS 4560. A summer internship may count for credit by enrolling in the internship course the subsequent semester. However, arrangements must be made in advance of the internship. Although the course is titled “Museum Internship,” you may also enroll for internships at art galleries and auction houses with this course number. The university allows you to complete two internships with these numbers. Only one will count toward the major; the other will count toward General Electives.
